Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if an item doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale decor are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
